Celebrating Excellence
The horse racing champions of 2022 were honoured for their various achievements on Friday (April 21, 2023) by the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association (TOBA).
The TOBA evening ‘Celebrating Excellence’ was held at the Terra Nova All-Suite Hotel.
The Supreme Racing Guide was present, with photographer Joseph Wellington capturing the highlights of the night.
