Cavalier beat Harbour View in Wray and Nephew JPL game
KINGSTON, Jamaica – Cavalier SC rebounded from Sunday’s upset against Montego Bay United to beat Harbour View 3-1 in their rescheduled Wray and Nephew Jamaica Premier League game played at the Anthony Spalding Complex.
Cavalier SC were beaten 1-0 by MBU in their opening JPL game in Montego Bay on Sunday but chalked up their first win and extended their dominance over Harbour View this season after beating the east Kingston team in their Concacaf Caribbean Cup semi-finals.
Christopher Ainsworth opened the scoring for Cavalier SC when he scored from the penalty spot in the 34th minute and Jerome McLeary doubled the lead in the 47th minute.
Omar Thompson pulled one back for Harbour View in the 62nd minute but Jalmaro Calvin restored Cavalier SC’s two goal lead in the 63rd minute.
