Simpson expressed his excitement about competing with other jockeys at Caymanas Park, stating, “Horse racing is always going to be a competition, so it’s just to ride out there and protect yourself at all times. I don’t have any problems with any riders, and I am just going to go out there and do my best at all times.”
While not yet certain about the horse he will ride in the Mouttet Mile, Simpson emphasised his eagerness to participate in the prestigious race. His return is expected to inject a competitive edge in the field, raising the overall standard of racing at Caymanas Park.
