Man mowed down on Windward Road, driver arrested
KINGSTON, Jamaica — One man is dead and another is in police custody following a vehicular collision on Windward Road on Thursday, March 28.
The deceased has been identified as Terrence Reddink of Noswad Road, Kingston 2.
Reports are that about 9:30 pm, Reddink was hit by a motor vehicle travelling along Windward Road as he was crossing the street.
Reddink was transported to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The driver of the motor vehicle was subsequently arrested and is in custody.
Investigations into the incident continue.
