Gas prices up $2.57, $2.40, diesel up $2.63
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see an increase at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, April 11, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
After an increase of $2.57, 90-octane will be sold for $180.95 per litre, while 87-octane will be sold for $174.67 per litre up by $2.40.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $181.73 per litre after an increase of $2.63 and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $187.93 per litre up by $2.63.
Kerosene increased by $4.50 and will be sold for $185.18 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $71.77 per litre up by $0.25 and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $80.23 per litre after an increase of $1.46.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-up to these prices.
