NCB Foundation scholars’ mingle
NCB Foundation’s recent scholars’ mingle brought together this year’s scholarship and grant programme recipients for networking and inspiration.
The gathering, held at the NCB Wellness & Recreation Centre, gave scholars the opportunity to engage with industry leaders, among them Thalia Lyn, NCB Foundation chair and founder and deputy chair of the multi-billion-dollar Jamaican fast food chain Island Grill.
NCB Foundation also handed over the Michael Lee-Chin Community Grant of $1.6 million at the event.
This grant offers this year’s scholars the opportunity to collaborate on a community development initiative.
