A Family Affair @ Totally Male Club Spa & Salon

(Part 1) #FathersDayCountdown

With Father’s Day around the corner, Tuesday Style Beauty (TSB) caught up with six Totally Male Club Spa & Salon clients — Wayne Demercado, Omar Newell, Mikhail Jackson, David Dwyer, Anthony Hutchinson, and Heron Bennett. They were eager to share their insights on the importance of personal grooming and passing on those lessons to their sons. This week, get to know dads Mikhail, Omar and Wayne and their sons. Next week, TSB spotlights David, Anthony and Heron and their sons.

Attorney-At-Law Mikhail Jackson and son Elijah

TSB: How long have you been a customer of Totally Male Club Spa and Salon?
Mikhail Jackson: Ten years.

TSB: Why is grooming important to you?
MJ: First impressions are everything, and how I present myself is crucial to making a lasting one. That’s the reason I choose Totally Male.

TSB:Why was it important to introduce your son to Totally Male?
MJ: One of my earliest memories was my father carrying me to the barber every other weekend or so — and us bonding over that experience. So it’s very important for me to do the same with my son — and I am happy that I have somewhere like here that he can come to and ultimately bring my father here as well.

Rerum Trading Ltd CEO and Member of Parliament candidate for Central St Mary Omar Newell and son Leonard-Anthony
TSB: How long have you been a customer of Totally Male Club Spa and Salon?
ON: Five years.

TSD: Why is grooming important to you?
ON: People judge you based on how you carry yourself. So it’s important that you present yourself in a way that reflects your self-worth.

TSD: Why was it important to introduce your son to Totally Male?
ON: Totally Male is an institution. Because my busy schedule makes it difficult to teach him certain grooming tips, he learns them during his weekly visits here. Observing other men who prioritise grooming and self-maintenance instils in him the importance of keeping himself well-groomed.

Sun Rock Energy Director Wayne Demercado and son Zaid
TSB: How long have you been a customer of Totally Male Club Spa and Salon?
Wayne Demercado: Ten years.

TSB: Why is grooming important to you?
WD: It is the measure of the man. Looking sharp shows that you prioritise self-care, and that significantly boosts your overall image.

TSB: Why was it important to introduce your son to Totally Male?
WD: Maintaining a clean-cut image is both a cherished tradition and a bonding experience, something Totally Male helps us achieve flawlessly.
