AI consultant reveals four-step process to launch business in a single day

AI consultant Nadeen Matthews Blair has developed a streamlined method that enables entrepreneurs to launch a business or side hustle in less than 24 hours. The CEO of Crescent Advisory Group recently demonstrated this approach in her YouTube tutorial, showing viewers how to compress what traditionally takes weeks into a single day.

Matthews Blair’s system uses four readily available AI tools to handle the essential components of business creation — from initial market research to creating an operational website.

“Many people delay starting businesses because they believe the process is too complex or expensive,” Matthews Blair said. “These AI tools remove those barriers.”

Four-step launch process

According to Matthews Blair, aspiring entrepreneurs can follow a straightforward four-step process:

1) Conduct market research

The process begins with market validation using Perplexity AI, a research tool that provides source-verified information about market trends, industry failure rates, and business opportunities aligned with an entrepreneur’s background and skills.

2) Choose a business and domain name

Namelix, an AI naming platform, generates business name options based on keywords and branding preferences. The platform also verifies website domain availability, a critical step in establishing online identity.

3) Get your business logo and brand kit

For visual branding, Matthews Blair recommends Looka, which creates professional logos and comprehensive brand kits. The platform allows entrepreneurs to develop complete visual identities without graphic design expertise.

4) Launch your first website

The final step uses Gamma.app to transform written content into a professional website. The platform allows users to select visual themes and layouts, creating a functional online presence within minutes.

Practical application

Matthews Blair has implemented this approach in her own business ventures, proving its effectiveness. The method eliminates common start-up obstacles including high initial costs, technical complexity, and extended development timelines.

Professional support available

For businesses seeking more comprehensive AI implementation, Matthews Blair’s firm provides structured guidance. Crescent Advisory Group specialises in developing AI strategies for companies at various stages of digital transformation.

“Our focus is creating practical adoption plans that deliver measurable results,” Matthews Blair explained. “We help transform AI from an intimidating concept into a genuine competitive advantage.”

Crescent Advisory Group offers services in AI strategy development, maturity assessment, implementation road maps, and training for teams, executives and boards.
