Claudette Tenn Presents Meat Magic Jamaican-Style

M10 Bar & Grill director and Executive Chef Claudette Tenn is ready to transform your cooking with the release of her new cookbook Meat Magic, Jamaican Style.

A multiple Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards winner, most notably Best Jamaican Restaurant, and an exhibitor at the recent 26th Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards, Tenn unveils the secrets to creating delicious, savoury meat dishes — guiding readers through classic Jamaican recipes, so that they can infuse every bite with authentic flavour.

From timeless classics like stew peas with pig’s tail and curried goat, to the iconic jerk chicken pan man-style and Tenn’s country-style fried chicken, this cookbook inspires foodies to create their own magic in the kitchen.

Tenn’s offerings at the Food Awards this year, curated alongside Chef Paul Neath, included goat soup, more commonly known as manish water as well as curry goat spring rolls.
