TSF: What were the materials used?
Annaixe: Exhaust manifold gaskets, washers, nuts and bolts, floor mats, felt, conveyor belt fasteners!
TSF: How did you hold it all together?
Annaixe: Metal welded framework, glue, and tape.
TSF: How long did it take to make, and how do you feel about the response?
Annaixe: Two days. I feel great about the response, I feel like it’s my favourite piece to date, and I’m happy I got to merge two very different worlds and create art. It’s all people could talk about even at ‘Night 2’, so it feels good to know my vision translated and was appreciated.
