Whispa Di Minista joins Popcaan’s Unruly Camp
Emerging dancehall artiste Whispa Di Minista has joined dancehall artiste Popcaan’s Unruly Camp. The Stony Hill, St Andrew-based artiste is quite upbeat about the latest turn of events in his career, following his recent viral moment with American actor, comedian and influencer Druski.
“Right now, a Unruly me ting deh and mi proud a dat yuh zimmie. Mi just a put in the work and thus far the fans a work wid di ting suh mi give thanks. Big up Popcaan anywhere on the planet him deh,” Whispa Di Minista told Observer Online.
Whispa Di Minista says that he is very optimistic about the prospect of unlocking his potential while being a part of the Unruly camp. The artiste who has been steadily growing in popularity following a slew of lyrically potent releases, including collaborations with Popcaan and Jahvillani, says he is taking full advantage of the exposure.
“I have always been told that I am talented, however, getting the much-needed exposure hasn’t always been easy suh mi a tek full advantage of this opportunity mi get from Popcaan and it is one I truly appreciate. Right now, a just more music and more hard work,” he disclosed.
Whispa Di Minista recently appeared on Druski’s reality series. The superstar judge gave him the nod of approval during the televised auditions for his Could A Been Records label. The artiste has been making the most of his surge in popularity by releasing a slew of singles, which have increased his stock.
His most recent singles include Hot Oil, Holiday, and Summer Wave.
