WATCH: Holness kicks off Manchester campaign blitz
Two days after he announced the parliamentary election, Prime Minister and Jamaica Labour Party Leader (JLP) Dr Andrew Holness has kick-started the party’s cross country campaign in Manchester on Tuesday.
JLP supporters and Manchester North Western JLP aspirant Damion Young are now gathered at Williamsfield, Manchester for a tour across that constituency.
Dr Holness is also expected to make an address at a spot meeting in Devon, Manchester North East.
“We are going to every constituency, we are talking to every voter, we leave nothing for granted, but more than that, as we seek the electorate’s support, that we come to them not just fun and games and gimmicks, but we bring to them the work that we have done and what we commit to doing in the future should they give us the authority to continue,” he told supporters
