WATCH: PNP’s Simpson calls for undecided voters to ‘get off the fence’
ST ANN, Jamaica — Noting that Jamaica is at a political crossroads, People’s National Party candidate for St Ann North Eastern, Dr Ryan Simpson, is calling on undecided voters to step up.
“It is incumbent on undecided voters to get off the fence because when you don’t vote…you vote for the status quo,” he told media at the St Ann North Eastern nomination centre on Wharf Street on Nomination Day, August 18.
Simpson was speaking following his nomination to contest the general elections on September 3.
“Jamaica is at a turning point, North Eastern St Ann is at a crossroads, we need good governance, we need leaders who are working in the best interest for our people,” he added.
Simpson urged voters to choose him on Election Day, maintaining that he would not let them down.
