Only one Constant Spring escapee still at large – Police
KINGSTON, Jamaica —The police say they have captured all but one of the nine men who escaped from the Constant Spring lock-up on Tuesday.
Nineteen-year-old Alunzo Espute, of Cassava Piece, Kingston, who is charged with murder, is the only fugitive yet to be apprehended.
This follows the capture of 18-year-old rape-accused Fray Messias of Pinto, Stony Hill in St Andrew.
Police say the nine men managed to cut through a grille and a metal door and escape from the lock-up early Tuesday morning. The other escapees were swiftly rounded up by police.
