Additional NCB branches reopen Friday after Melissa

National Commercial Bank Jamaica Limited (NCB) says it continues its phased reopening of branches following the impact of Hurricane Melissa, with four additional locations across St Andrew, St James, Manchester and St Ann.

In addition to the other locations that resumed operations on Thursday, October 30, the bank in a press release said it will reopen its Matilda’s Corner, Fairview, Mandeville, and St Ann’s Bay branches on Friday, October 31, 2025. The branches in Kingston and St Andrew will open between 9 am and 3 pm and the out-of-town branches between at 9 am and 2 pm.

The bank’s Customer Care Centre is also back online and available to assist customers, the release stated.

It added that also under restoration is its ABM network which currently has service availability in sections of Kingston and St Andrew, Manchester, Portland, St Ann, St Catherine, St James, and St Thomas.

While some locations continue to be affected by power and connectivity challenges, NCB encourages customers to check its website (www.jncb.com/abm-status) for an updated list of available ABMs.

Further updates on additional branch reopenings and service availability will be shared through the bank’s official communication channels, the release stated.
