Also, Trinbagonian style arbiter Peter Elias was one of three individuals conferred with honorary doctoral degrees by the University of Trinidad and Tobago at its recently held 2025 Presentation of Graduates Ceremony. The ceremony took place at the Lord Kitchener Auditorium, the main performance hall within the National Academy for the Performing Arts in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago. Elias received the Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts.

In Fine Style In recognition of his sterling contribution to the field of fashion, Trinbagonian style arbiter Peter Elias is conferred the title of Honorary Doctor of Fine Arts.
