WATCH: Woman narrowly escapes serious injury in Manchester crash

MANCHESTER, Jamaica — A woman narrowly escaped serious injury after the car she was driving overturned during a two-vehicle crash in Williamsfield, Manchester on Sunday.

Preliminary reports are that about 5:00 pm a minivan and a motor car were travelling eastward when the minivan stopped on the roadway near a road side vending area, obstructing traffic.

The motor car then slammed into the rear of the minivan before overturning.

The female driver of the motor car managed to crawl out of the vehicle.

The occupants of the minivan were not injured during the crash.

The incident has resulted in a pileup of traffic near the Williamsfield Highway and roundabout.
