Minor earthquake felt in Kingston and St Andrew
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A minor earthquake rattled parts of Kingston and St Andrew late Thursday, according to a preliminary bulletin from the Earthquake Unit.
The tremor occurred at 10:31 pm and registered a magnitude of 3.1. Its epicentre was located approximately five kilometres north of Stony Hill, St Andrew, with a focal depth of 10 kilometres.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
