Gas prices up $1.94, $2.46, diesel down $3.06
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Motorists should see increases at the pumps in the price of gasoline effective Thursday, February 12, according to the latest ex-refinery costs from Petrojam.
90-octane will be sold for $158.17 per litre after an increase of $1.94, while 87-octane will be sold for $152.15 per litre, up by $2.46.
Automotive diesel fuel will be sold for $160.83 per litre after a decrease of $3.06, and ultra-low sulphur diesel will be sold for $167.68 per litre, down $2.97.
Kerosene decreased by $2.23 and will be sold for $151.53 per litre.
Propane liquid petroleum will be sold for $71.03 per litre, down $0.73, and butane liquid petroleum will be sold for $79.35 per litre, down $0.73.
Marketing companies and retailers will add their respective mark-ups to these prices.
