Juici Patties inks $3-m deal with Waterhouse FC

Waterhouse Football Club Chairman Bruce Bicknell has welcomed a $3-million investment from Juici Patties.

“Waterhouse Football Club, along with the entire Drewsland community, is delighted to welcome this global patty brand as a partner of our club,” he said.

“Juici Patties is Jamaica’s largest patty brand and a favourite among Jamaicans, so having them join the Waterhouse family — especially at this time — is truly a blessing for us. The timing could not be better as the club has been moving in the right direction with our performances on the field, which has seen us climb the table into the play-off positions.”

Waterhouse is fifth in the Jamaica Premier League (JPL) on 37 points, having won four of their last five games and well on their way to making the play-offs.

“The $3-million contribution will support the club for the next year, and we are hopeful that this marks the beginning of a long and sustained partnership in the future,” Bicknell said.

“We are committed to ensuring that Juici Patties benefits from this relationship just as much as we do. We also encourage members of the Waterhouse family, including our loyal fans, to support Juici Patties so they can continue supporting our club.”

Waterhouse are two-time winners of the JPL, doing so in 1997-98 and again in 2005-2006.

The clubs have secured other sponsorship deals with Select Brand in a $45-million, five-year partnership along with MPowa (Wisynco), FESCO (youth programme), ICWI, National Bakery, and Stone’s Ginger Wine.
