I need a longer penis
Dear Doc,
I am a 43 year old black man. I have a problem for a very long time now and I want a doctor to help me. My penis is too small and has not grown any longer from when I was 14 years old.
I have a premature ejaculation penis and I am not satisfying my women or myself. Please tell me the name and address of a doctor who can operate on it to let my penis grow to a longer, bigger and better size to satisfy myself and my women in my bedroom.

I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having. In your letter, you have described two separate problems:
Premature ejaculation and a small penis.
Premature ejaculation may be successfully treated with certain antidepressant drugs which have the side effect of increasing the time taken to ejaculate.
In terms of the problem of a small penis, most men who are dissatisfied with the size of their penis in fact have a penis that is within the normal range of variation.
However, if you do have a ‘micropenis’, you would need to be evaluated by a urologist to determine if there is excess fat in the mons pubis at the base of the penis which could be removed to unmask the entire length of the penis. Less satisfactory procedures such as cutting the suspensory ligament of the penis to make it hang lower and instilling fat under the penis to give it increased girth are merely illusory.
An operation which gives a true increase in length involves using a ‘patch’ from a vein and regularly using the ‘pump’ in the postoperative period to ‘stretch’ the vein patch to its maximum potential.
None of these operations are done locally.
The first thing to do is to see urologist to completely assess you and if the penis is truly small and the wherewithal to access care abroad is available, referral to a reputable surgeon who does these procedures can be arranged.
