So the man is not supporting the child. He keeps the child only on weekends but is exposing the child to porn and is having sex with an underage girl in a way that the child can witness, yet the writer is asking what she can do. This must be a joke

Lady, stop being stupid and take matters into your own hands immediately. Do not send the pickney back to this paedophile and run post-haste to the court to get a restraining order against him to sever all contacts with you and the child. Report to the police what the child told you he saw and inform the girl’s parents. By remaining silent you are contributing to his deviant behaviour and when his lust takes control, your son may be next!
