Many women say they find it hard to find a man because some men are intimidated by their independence and no-nonsense approach to life.

I find a woman who can hold her own to be very sexy. There is nothing there to be intimidated by.

I wouldn’t say I would be intimidated, but I’m not sure how I would approach her to even start up a conversation because most boss ladies are very outspoken and will tell you off in a decent way and I can’t handle humiliation.
