When his friend is a flirt
There are certain boundaries in relationships when it comes to friends and family. One of these becomes tested when the friends of your mate get too flirtatious and then lines become blurred. Have you ever been caught in a situation where your man’s friend or family member started to get too close? What would you do if this happened?
Cindy:
If my man’s friend or family member crosses the line, I am telling my man, and if he does nothing about it, I am better off without him. It is total disrespect.
MS:
I would say step to them both. If you go silent on the flirty friend he will think you’re up to it, and if you exclude your man and he finds out somehow, he will also think you are up to it. So set the record straight and confront them both on it.
Andrine:
I would tell them both what time it is. I have had an experience like that but it was worse because it was with my man’s brother. When I told my man what his brother attempted to do, he was in denial and even maliced me about it, until his brother texted me and I screenshot it and sent it to my man. It got ugly. I am just saying the world is nasty and as women we have to protect ourselves and be open to anything because it is really crazy.
Ann:
Tell your man and record all conversations with his flirty friend as evidence. Always get evidence to protect your character.
Chin:
Let the friend know his place right and proper and tell your man, and if he doesn’t believe you, leave him!
