Professor Rosalea Hamilton gets Stella Gregory Award

Former Stella Gregory awardees Joyce Hewett (second right) and Shirley Carby (right) congratulate Professor Rosalea Hamilton, the recipient of the 56th anniversary Stella Gregory Award and CEO of the LASCO Chin Foundation, at an awards luncheon held at the Jamaica Pegasus Hotel on November 24, 2018. Sharing in the moment is Robert Gregory, son of the celebrated Stella Gregory. Professor Hamilton was awarded by Soroptimist International Jamaica, Kingston. Named in honour of the club’s founder Stella Gregory, the award is presented to an outstanding woman who has excelled in her chosen field and has contributed to national development.
