Executive and Director Changes

Mariame McIntosh Robinson will be resigning as the president and chief executive officer of First Global Bank Limited (FGB) on July 18. Radcliffe Daley has been made the acting head of the bank until a permanent leader is appointed. Daley is the chief operating officer of FGB. Its unknown if McIntosh Robinson will remain on the boards of other GraceKennedy Limited subsidiaries, such as Key Insurance Company Limited and GK Capital Management Limited.

Tricia Hill has resigned as the country manager for Trinidad and Tobago Seprod Limited effective May 4.

Shena Stubbs Gibson resigned as the company secretary of 1834 Investments Limited and its subsidiaries on May 1. Tara Leevy was appointed as the new company secretary on the same day.

Lisa Kong-Lee and Vishwanauth Tolan have been appointed as the executive director and general manager of Blue Power Group Limited as of June 2.

A connected party of Mayberry Investments Limited purchased 452,884 shares on May 24 while other connected parties purchased 205,293 shares on May 17.

A connected party of Elite Diagnostic Limited sold 762,359 shares for a consideration of $2.59 million between May 31 to June 2. A director of Wisynco Group Limited sold 500,000 shares for a consideration of $9.5 million on May 26.

An executive of Sagicor Group Jamaica Limited (SJ) was issued stock grants of 5,969 shares under the SJ Employee Share Purchase Plan. An executive of SJ sold 35,088 shares on May 25, while another executive sold 107,592 shares on May 24.

Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited-Value Fund repurchased 3,700 shares between May 24 to 31 under its share buyback programme.

Berger Paints Jamaica Limited, Stationery and Office Supplies Limited, and Ironrock Insurance Company Limited should submit their annual reports by June 10, June 30, and July 8, respectively. Wigton Windfarm Limited will exercise the extension offered by the Jamaica Stock Exchange to file its 2022 audited financials and annual report.

Proven Investments Limited expects to publish its audited financials by June 30, following additional time to finalise the audit process of three acquisitions during the year.

Carreras Limited has declared a dividend of $0.23 to be paid on July 5 to shareholders on record as of June 17. This payment totals $1.12 billion.

Eppley Caribbean Property Fund Limited-Value Fund has declared a dividend of BDS$0.0015 to be paid on July 15 to shareholders on record as of June 17. This payment totals BDS$204,617.49.

Scotia Group Jamaica Limited will consider an interim dividend payment at its board meeting today. Barita Investments Limited and the Limners and Bards Limited will consider interim dividends at their board meetings tomorrow. Mayberry Investments Limited, Access Financial Services Limited and Procen Investments Limited will consider a dividend payment at its board meeting on June 15, 17 and 24.
