September Performance
FirstRock Real Estate Investments Limited (USD shares) was the best-performing stock in September as it rose by 71 per cent from US$0.04 to US$0.0682. CAC 2000 Limited, Main Event Entertainment Group Limited, Portland JSX Limited, Barita Investments Limited, TransJamaican Highway Limited (USD shares), Sygnus Credit Investments Limited (SCIJMD — USD shares) and FirstRock Real Estate Investments Limited (JMD shares) were the best-performing stocks in September.
iCreate Limited was the worst-performing stock in September as it declined by 43 per cent from $4.24 to $2.40. Sygnus Credit Investments Limited (USD shares), Everything Fresh Limited, tTech Limited, Cargo Handlers Limited, Margaritaville (Turks) Limited (JMD shares), Mayberry Investments Limited, and Palace Amusement (1921) Company Limited were the other worst-performing stocks in September.
FosRich Company Limited is the best-performing stock year-to-date as it remains up 356 per cent from $0.91 to $4.13. MFS Capital Partners Limited, iCreate, Stationery and Office Supplies Limited, Consolidated Bakeries (Jamaica) Limited, Tropical Battery Company Limited, Main Event Entertainment Group Limited, and Future Energy Source Company Limited are the other stocks showing good year-to-date performances.
ISP Finance Limited is the worst-performing stock so far in 2022, with the stock down from $38 at the start of the year to $19.18 at the end of September. tTech, Sygnus Real Estate Finance Limited (JMD shares), Salada Foods Jamaica Limited, Mailpac Group Limited, Palace, NCB Financial Group Limited, and MPC Caribbean Clean Energy Limited (JMD shares) are the other stocks showing big declines year-to-date.
