Realty ONE Group Titans marks first year with special awards, touts growth

Realty ONE Group Titans, the Jamaican brokerage operating under the globally recognised real estate franchise Realty ONE Group, celebrated its first year of operations with a special awards ceremony last Wednesday, recognising the achievements of its agents and team members while highlighting the company’s rapid growth in the local real estate market.

Founded in January 2025, the brokerage was established by a distinguished leadership team including Newton Johnson, broker and qualifying director and former president of the Realtors Association of Jamaica; Kameika Fullerton-Delisser, legal director; Nancy Sears, CEO; and Andrew Duncan, managing director and Jamaica’s number one realtor for properties sold in 2022/23 and 2023/24.

In just one year, Realty ONE Group Titans boasts growth to a 35-agent brokerage serving clients across all 14 parishes of Jamaica and touts that it now holds the fourth-highest number of active listings on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) in Jamaica.

During the awards ceremony, several agents were recognised for outstanding performance in 2025.
Camelia Carter was named Top Producing Agent, while Sabrina De Pasquale received the Breakthrough Performer Award and Jody-Ann Morgan was recognised for Most Closed Transactions (Sales and Rentals).

The brokerage also received major regional recognition within the Realty ONE Group Central America & Western Caribbean network, winning Fastest Growing Regional Office (2025) and Office of the Year (2025). In addition, Andrew Duncan was named #1 Regional Top Producer for 2025.

The awards were presented by Sergio Gonzalez, regional owner for Central America and the Western Caribbean. A formal presentation of the regional awards will take place at the Realty ONE Group International SUMMIT 2026 conference scheduled for June 8–9, 2026, in San José, Costa Rica.

Looking ahead, Realty ONE Group Titans plans to expand its presence with a Montego Bay office scheduled to open in 2027, with additional locations planned across Jamaica.
