Recording artiste Ding Dong and the Ravers dancing group delivered the catchy lyrics, energetic dance moves, and audience interaction to bring a climax to DAYDREAMS White Sands at Long Bay Beach Park in Negril, on Saturday.

The party was the second in series for Dream Wknd following Celebrity Playground the day before, which signalled the start of the 2022 edition.

Ding Dong quickly got the sizeable crowd moving with hit songs like Gas, Flairy, and Fling, quickly changing gears he upped the energy meter with current hits Happiness, Bounce, and Stir Fry. Not missing a beat to interact with the audience, he implored them to match his energy level and also brought on patrons to dance along with the Ravers.

In an interview with the Jamaica Observer, Ding Dong and Bravo Ravers expressed that they were happy to be performing to full crowds at Dream Wknd again.

"Last year, the crowd size was restricted but we didn't let that affect the performance, we went out and brought the energy. This year, it's a blessing to be able to entertain a full-size Dream Weekend crowd and if it wasn't for prior commitments I would have been here for the entire weekend as the vibe tonight was ecstatic," said Ding Dong.

"This is my third performance at Dream Wknd and tonight the energy was right. Ravers always bring it and it feels so wonderful to be able to do our work and just have people enjoy themselves," Bravo Ravers expressed.

Leading up to Ding Dong's closing performance, singer D'Yani, fresh from a steamy performance at Reggae Sumfest took to the stage to perform his hits for a receptive audience. Topping it off with the big hit Feelings featuring Jada Kingdom. Marcy Chin also took to the stage for a short stint to drop songs, including Buzz and Gimme More.

Earlier in the evening, DJ Crazy Neil brought on Montego Bay artiste Topmann to perform his single Gyal Code after performing the original and a dub for Dream Weekend.

During the day, the crowd was entertained by stints from DJ Crazy Neil, Chromatic, Pure Vibes Entertainment, and Extatic Sound.
