The story behind the packaging for the products:

Our team decided to use packaging that we believe represents our product well and, which we believe would appeal to our target market.

We made these products because of……

Our passion for manufacturing products that deliver a balanced taste with the aim of satisfying the consumers’ yearning for an enriched flavour.

    Our first breakthrough came when……

The product was introduced to Ms Henry, General Manager of K&M Supermarket in Portmore, St Catherine.

The products became available to the public in……

    June 2025

    Our core customers are……

    K&M Supermarket

    MasterMac Food Store

    Derrimon Trading Limited

The response to the products has been……

    Awesome!

    Our major challenge is……

    Securing adequate funding.

This issue remains and managing the raw material inventory is……

The issue of securing adequate funding remains, as there is the need for additional capital to secure the ability to increase production and therefore, supply more of our products through the retail channels in which we already have a presence. Currently, we are managing our raw material inventory effectively and efficiently. However, we anticipate that there will be the need for an adjustment as demand increases for our range of products.

If we knew then what we know now……

Chrishaunas Sweet and Spicy Cheese Sauce would have been on the market sooner.

Jamaicans should support our products because……

Like reggae and dancehall, this is an authentic product made in Jamaica by a Jamaican.

Our post-Hurricane Melissa message, having given consideration to the importance of food security, sustainability and supporting our local food ecosystem, is…..

Hurricane Melissa has highlighted the importance of being both creative and conservative in the way that we manufacture food products. Damage to agricultural infrastructure, disruptions to supply chains and power outages have forced producers to rethink how food is sourced, processed and distributed. Creativity becomes essential in finding alternative ingredients, preservation methods and local sourcing strategies, whilst a conservative approach ensures minimal wastage, efficient use of limited resources and a focus on essential, resilient products. Together, these approaches can help to build a more adaptable food ecosystem capable of withstanding future shocks.
