‘Boom Boom’ allegedly stabs man to death, wounds another in Manchester
MANCHESTER, Jamaica – A 25-year-old man has been charged with murder after he allegedly stabbed a man to death and wounded another during a dispute on Main Street, Manchester on December 23.
Charged with murder and wounding with intent is Oshane Clarke, otherwise called ‘Boom Boom’ of Savoy, Christiana in the parish.
The deceased has been identified as 24-year-old Stephan McLaughlin, otherwise called ‘Rice Bag’.
Reports from the Mandeville police are that about 1:00 am, an argument developed between the three men and an altercation occurred.
McLaughlin and the other man were reportedly stabbed several times all over their bodies by Clarke.
Both men were taken to the hospital where McLaughlin was pronounced dead and the other man was treated and later released.
Clarke was arrested during a police operation and interviewed in the presence of his attorney where he was charged with the offences.
