CVM launches online registration platform for World Cup viewing at Fan Central
CVM, the broadcast home of the FIFA World Cup in Jamaica, has launched an online registration platform for persons wishing to watch the games at Fan Central for the ultimate viewing experience.
Located at the Girl’s Guide Headquarters on Waterloo Road in St Andrew, Fan Central allows fans to enjoy a festive atmosphere while watching their favourite teams on big screens.
As the network looks to maximize the experience of viewers, persons wishing to enter Fan Central can now click here to register or head to @cvm_television and click the link in their bio to register for entry. Only registered access will be allowed.
“We allow access through this platform,” Carlo Redwood, Chief Commercial Officer at CVM parent Verticast Media Group, told OBSERVER ONLINE.
“We are really trying to, as we go along, manage the experience…. The experience has been so good,” he added.
Once persons have completed the ticket selection process and clicked ‘submit’, an electronic ticket will be sent to their email and SMS.
Fan Central is set to continue until the World Cup final slated for December 18.
Outlining activities planned for the venue, Redwood said, “Each day you’ll have a sponsor that’s leading that activity on that day, you’re going to have artistes performing and you’re going to have excitement from each brand.
“Every day you’re going to feel something different in terms of the experience here from the eight brands,” Redwood said.
Verticast is the regional broadcasting rights holder of World Cup 2022.
