Bailey was last seen by community members on December 31.
His daughter, Marhiel ‘Teeny’ Bailey told OBSERVER ONLINE that she is hoping that her dad will be found safe.
“Friday (December 31) was the last time we saw him. Him never really leave out of the house and don’t come back.
His daughter said her father always told her not to worry if she comes home and he is not there. But, she said, three weeks is far too long.

She added that the family has searched tirelessly for the missing elderly man but it has not yielded any success.
The family has filed a missing person report with the police, and have posted several missing person posters of him.
“We cannot find him. We hardly eat, majority of the family they’re feeling pain all over especially when we hear about some that stray,” she told OBSERVER ONLINE.
Meanwhile, she revealed that he father is said to have had conversations with two persons on the day of his disappearance and he told them he was heading to Ironshore, a community in St James.
“Someone said he told him that he was going to Ironshore to a lady,” she added.
He has not been seen since.
