I Love Souls patrons get big surprise from Tanya Stephens and friends
Patrons who turned out to St Rèmy’s I Love Souls received a musical treat as three dancehall heavyweights hit the stage alongside the show’s headliner, Tanya Stephens.
The weekly event, held at Jangas on Sunday, was packed to capacity with patrons amped up to see Stephens whose arrival at minutes to 9:00 pm was greeted with screams and shouts, as she entered singing her 90’s hit ‘Boom Wuk’.
The unwavering crowd, chanted line by line alongside Stephens throughout her set, with the outspoken entertainer using the occasion to share tidbits about her current life changes, noting that she was approaching menopause.
However, not even hot flashes could put a damper on the over one hour-long set which was kicked up a notch when veteran dancehall artiste Cham joined her on stage.
