Tapper fourth, Williams fifth in sprint hurdles at Silesia Diamond League
KINGSTON, Jamaica – National champion Megan Tapper and former world champion Danielle Williams finished outside the top three in the women’s 100m hurdles at the Silesia Diamond League on Sunday.
Tapper clocked 12.49 for fourth while Williams recorded a season’s best (SB) of 12.55 for fifth.
World record holder and reigning world champion Tobi Amusan of Nigeria won in a meet record and season’s best of 12.34.
The American pair of former world record holder Kendra Harrison (12.35/SB) and national champion Nia Ali (12.38) finished second and third, respectively.
