The AC Hotel ballroom was abuzz Sunday evening as members of the global cognoscenti filed in for the return of the highly anticipated Saint International Fashion Face of the Caribbean and Avant Garde Designer of the Year competition.

Model hopefuls hit the runway in full black ensembles as they competed for the title, followed by a visual feast of fashion-forward looks that celebrated the region’s rich culture and diversity, curated by avant garde designers.

The panel of judges comprised French Ambassador to Jamaica Olivier Guyonvarch; Tourism Enhancement Fund Executive Director Dr Carey Wallace; state minister in the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport Alando Terrelonge; celebrity stylist Anna Trevelyan; lifestyle curator and entrepreneur Cecile Levee; Resortwear by Eroleen principal Eroleen Anderson; Rachael Barrett, art and creative consultant; and visual artist Phillip Thomas.

Models TK Wilson and Drucillah Campbell walked away with the title of Fashion Face of the Caribbean for 2023 while the Avant Garde Designer of the Year title was awarded to designer Janseen Graham for his Jamrock Fusion collection.
