She became famous because of a sex tape, and somehow Kim Kardashian has managed to forge a career for herself in the US. Her latest job seems to borrow heavily from her now infamous home video, which she made with her ex-lover R&B star Ray-J.

The 29-year-old socialite stars in an advertisement for American fast food chain Carl’s Jr and manages to turn eating a salad into a highly sensual experience. Kim is seen writhing around on a bed, eating a salad wearing nothing but a cream-coloured robe. While in another scene she is seen in the bath, naked, covered only by bubbles as she pops a slice of apple into her mouth.

In 2007 Kim fell foul of the Internet after a sex tape starring herself and then boyfriend Ray J was released.

She pursued legal action against Vivid Entertainment for ownership of the tape, but later dropped the suit and settled with the porn company for $5 million.

It’s about being happy. For me, that is Sam, spending time at home, sorting out bed linen… being normal.” Miss Allen, who has vowed to take a two-year break from music after recently releasing her second album, It’s Not Me, It’s You.

Renn, 23, is pictured alongside fashion’s latest new face, Jacquelyn Jablonski, who at just 17 has already modelled for Calvin Klein Jeans and Proenza Schouler.

Dressed in identical tribal-inspired outfits, each girl lends her own unique personality to the garments by high-fashion designers including Ralph Lauren, Versace and Dolce & Gabbana — all famed for favouring very thin models on their catwalks.

Huge haul of prescription drugs found

The astonishing array of ‘strong’ prescription drugs found in Brittany Murphy’s bedroom was revealed today as her husband faced questions over her death.

An officer from the Los Angeles County Coroner’s department investigating the 32-year-old star’s death found the medication on her bedside table.

The drugs were made out to Miss Murphy with other bottles, some empty, also made out to her mother Sharon Murphy, husband Simon Monjack and some unidentified individuals. Celebrity news website TMZ claims the investigator, called Blacklock, said: “No alcohol containers, paraphernalia or illegal drugs were discovered.” Blacklock added, “The night prior to her death, the decedent had consumed some noodles, leftover Thai food, Gatorade, water and tea with lemon.”
