Sheree Martin moves up at NCB
SHEREE Martin has been promoted to general manager, marketing, communications and service delivery at National Commercial Bank, effective December 1.
Martin, who formerly held the post of senior assistant general manager in the unit, is now charged with oversight of all marketing, communications, service delivery and corporate philanthropic policies and functions of the NCB Group. She reports directly to NCB Group Managing Director Patrick Hylton.
“She directs the effective positioning of the group corporate image, suite of products and the implementation of group service excellence standards throughout the enterprise,” said NCB in a press release.
Martin holds an MBA in Banking & Finance (with Distinction), and a BA in Language and Literature from the University of the West Indies.
Martin previously served in the Retail Banking Division of NCB as manager, customer service and marketing (2003) and manager, personal banking (2001). This was bolstered by her tenure as a management trainee where she gained experience in all areas of commercial banking and credit, followed by assignments in various supervisory and management roles.
Martin is the CEO of the NCB Foundation. She is also a director of RISE Life Management Services — a non-profit organisation, a director of the National Crime Prevention Fund “Crime Stop” and treasurer of the Alpha Academy Alumnae Association.
