Skinny Fabulous energises Mas Camp

ON Friday last, Bachannal Fridays got even more energetic and exciting, as the first official performer of the 2011 Once Upon A Dynasty season, Skinny Fabulous, lit up Mas Camp in true Bachannal style.

The St Vincent and the Grenadines native whose real name is Gamal Doyle, had the soca animals in a frenzy with his unique blend of soca and dancehall. Delivering his soca anthems that includes The Stage Is In Front Of Us, Head Bad, Misbehaving and Duracell, the energetic performer proved once again to be a crowd pleaser as he took control of the Bachannal Fridays crowd.

As usual, throughout the night, Smirnoff, Appleton Rum served intoxicating drink mixes throughout the night while those persons not into alchohol had the option of quenching their thirst with the the blends of fruit juices provided by Pure Country.

Always in the mood for giving, Digicel gave away phone credit and other prizes to some lucky customers. For those needing a quick smoke, the Matterhorn booth complimented with the sexy dancing Matterhorn ladies.

Aside from Bacchanal Fridays and Socacise, the 2011 Once Upon A Dynasty Bacchanal series will continue with Beach J’Ouvert on April 23, Soca at the Sandbar April 27, Bacchanal J’Ouvert on April 29 and the biggest of all, the road march on May 1.

The sponsors of this year’s Bacchanal season include the Jamaica Observer, RJR Communications Group, Digicel, Pure Country, Appleton Rum, Smirnoff, Acropolis Gaming, King Alarm, Fruit Jazz, Supreme Ventures, Securipro and Genesis.
