Beres for Ardenne fund-raiser this Saturday
This Saturday, the grounds of Ardenne High School are expected come alive with the soulful melodies of internationally acclaimed artiste and Parent Teachers’ Association (PTA) member Beres Hammond.
Hammond will headline a fundraising concert being put on by the Ardenne High School PTA, to raise funds to expand the 500-seat Olson Hall Auditorium to better accommodate the current school population of almost 2,000 students.
The Beres and Friends concert will also feature gospel act Omari and recent winner of the Excellence in Music and Entertainment (EME) Award for Best New Artiste, Miss Summer Love herself Denyque.
The event will also see performances by the Ardenne High School music and drama groups. Hammond is expected to perform old favourites like I Feel Good, Rock Away, and What One Dance Can Do, in addition to songs from his latest album Music Is Life.
