One killed, two injured in St Andrew shooting
KINGSTON, Jamaica — A man, who police say was among three people shot Tuesday night in 10 Miles, Golden Spring, St Andrew, was found dead yesterday morning.
The deceased, 20-year-old Odane Williams, otherwise called ‘Dollar’, was reportedly among a group of men along the roadway when a motor car reportedly drove up and two armed men alighted from the vehicle.
According to the police, the assailants opened gunfire on the group before they escaped in the motor vehicle.
The police were summoned and two injured men were taken to hospital where they have since been admitted.
Williams’ body was found about 7:30 am yesterday.
The scene was processed and the body removed to the morgue.
