The police have cordoned off a section of North Street where two people were injured in a drive-by shooting near the Kingston Public Hospital in downtown Kingston.

Two injured in North Street drive-by shooting near KPH

KINGSTON, Jamaica — Two people were injured in a drive-by shooting a short while ago on North Street in the vicinity of the Kingston Public Hospital in downtown Kingston.

Details surrounding the incident are not yet available but Observer Online understands that a man and female vendor were shot. Their conditions are unknown at this time.

It is alleged that the man was the target of the shooting.

The area is now cordoned off.

The Kingston Public Hospital can be seen across from the cordoned off section of North Street in downtown Kingston where two people were injured in a drive-by shooting.
