Rosé wines in elegant blush tones set the mood for the day as Harbour Wines and Spirits hosted an intimate, bistro-style Sunday brunch at Fromage, on December 1, themed ‘Rosé All Day.’ With some 20 guests in attendance at the eatery’s Hillcrest Avenue location, the event introduced wine enthusiasts to three exquisite rosés from the renowned Côtes De Provence region of France: Chateau de Berne Inspiration, Chateau de Berne La Grande Cuvée, and Ultimate Provence.

Guests were treated to a sensory wine-tasting experience, each sip revealing a story of refined wine mastery. The tasting, led by Pascal Bony, export director for the Americas, started off with the Chateau de Berne Inspiration, which delighted guests’ taste buds, with its elegant aromatic palate and beautifully-balanced flavours, next was the Chateau de Berne La Grande Cuvée that charmed guests with its suave and fruity finish. The tasting journey culminated with the Ultimate Provence, whose fruity aroma and silky palate emerged as a guest favourite.

With lively conversations, a delightful and delicious brunch menu, and an atmosphere of shared appreciation, ‘Rosé All Day’ proved to be a celebration of taste and elegance, leaving guests eager for the next pour.
