TSF 2024 Gift Guide: Sammy B

This holiday season, while shopping for gifts for the beauty-obsessed, tech-head, and book lover, a gentle Tuesday Style Fashion (TSF) reminder to grab something for the fashion fanatics in your life!

As fashionistas ourselves, we understand the challenges of shopping for the person who already owns all the staples, has tried the current trends, and is not easily impressed!

We have some ideas for the hard-to-shop-for tastemakers, and this year they’re either made in Jamaica or by Jamaicans! First up is Rock-blooded designer Samantha Black, who recently showcased some of her celeb-approved designs with MoDA Market at Locale. From the Marina Mesh Maxi Dress, first spotted on Academy Award-winning Hollywood actress Halle Berry, to the Dancehall Dress everyone loved on Gabrielle Union, and the newly released Jamaica Mesh T-Shirt in brown, the TSF Sammy B gift guide has everything for the classic chicster to the eccentric trendsetter.

Meet the maker! Designer Samantha Black was captured at her rack of Sammy B Designs inside Locale on Thursday, November 21 during the MoDA Market launch.Garfield Robinson

Stylish? Check. Perennial? Yep! On budget? Definitely. Treat the person who loves all things Jamaica to the Sammy Jamaica Mesh T Shirt in pink! Add the brown or red if you’re feeling extra-generous.Karl Mclarty

Whether worn as swimwear cover-up, with pants and top like Dr Dainia Baugh (left) or contrasting undergarments like Gabrielle Waite, the Sammy B Marina Mesh Dress is the gift that keeps on giving!Garfield Robinson

Gift the Dancehall Dress to the reggae-lovin’, rootsy fashionista in your life!Garfield Robinson
