Creating Jamaica’s Next Architectural Landmark at The Pinnacle

#DesignWeekJa2025 continued in earnest last Saturday, at much-heralded residential community, The Pinnacle, in Montego Bay.

The by-invitation-only event, aptly themed ‘Designing Icons: Creating Jamaica’s Next Architectural Landmark’, afforded guests an exclusive tour of one of the four high-rise buildings and a sneak peek at the detailed plans for one of the 351 planned luxury residences.

LCH Developments CEO Yangsen Li, the visionary behind the ambitious venture, expressed pride in the project’s progress since breaking-ground in January 2024.

“It has not been easy to help people see this vision. Many doubted us. Many said it could not be done. And yet look where we stand now. Our first tower is close to completion. Those who doubted? They now celebrate with us,” Li said.

There was, too, an opportunity to hear from the project’s lead architect Isiaa Madden, who hopes that on completion of The Pinnacle, the world will sit up and take note.
