Grace Jamaican Jerk Serves Up Flavours of Home at Airport Pop-Up

Flavour-rich, spicy, and unforgettable. Grace Jamaican Jerk brought the flavours of Jamaica straight to travellers at Sangster International Airport on January 3 and Norman Manley International Airport on January 9 with its Grace Jamaican Jerk Airport Pop-Up. Part of the ongoing “Bring Jamaica Home” initiative, the activation offered passengers a chance to enjoy Jamaica’s signature jerk dishes while connecting with the island’s culinary traditions.

The pop-up featured dishes prepared with Grace Jamaican Honey Jerk Seasoning and other signature products from the Grace Jamaican Jerk line, allowing departing passengers to savour the bold, authentic flavours that have made Jamaican jerk famous worldwide. Beyond the delicious bites, the activation celebrated the farmers and communities that supply the ingredients, highlighting the people behind every pepper, thyme, and scallion used in Grace’s products.

This year, the experience went a step further, incorporating a meaningful give-back initiative in partnership with the BREDS Treasure Beach Foundation. Travellers were invited to contribute directly to recovery efforts for farmers impacted by Hurricane Melissa, helping to provide seeds, irrigation, and other resources needed to replant, rebuild, and restore livelihoods. The pop-up offered travellers a chance to take Jamaica home in more ways than one.
