Passengers heading to Sangster airport urged to leave earlier amid road works

MBJ Airports Limited, operator of Sangster International Airport (SIA), is advising passengers and airport users to plan additional time for their journey to the airport as ongoing road works along the western and eastern roadway corridors may cause delays.

“While these road improvements are underway, we recommend that passengers allow additional travel time to ensure they arrive prepared and on time for their flight,” said Sharon Hislop-Holt, Manager, Commercial Business Development and Marketing at MBJ Airports Limited.

“This is the simplest way to help support a smooth check-in experience and avoid unnecessary delays. We thank the travelling public for their patience while this work is being completed by the respective entities and authorities,” she added in the press release.

In addition to the extra time, passengers are encouraged to check their flight status with their airline and arrive within the check-in times recommended by their carrier.

Hotels, tour operators, transport providers and others who move passengers to and from SIA are also asked to adjust passenger pick up and transfer times accordingly.

Claude just moved into Google Sheets — what it does to your model, the one switch to leave on, and the first job worth an hour
On 6 October Anthropic put Claude inside Google Sheets, Docs and Slides as a beta for every paid Claude plan. It reads the file you have open and only that file, it writes formulas and builds models on the sheet in front of you, and by default it asks before it changes anything. For the many businesses here that run on Google Workspace, this is the most useful tool launch since this column began, and the most important setting is the one you should never switch off.
