PRESIDENT and Chief Executive Officers of the Jamaica Public Service Company, Damian Obligio has resigned.
The Argentinean born Obligio served as the head of the electricity company for five years cited personal reasons for not renewing his contract which ended earlier this year, a release from the company said.
Obligio's tenure will end on November 11,
The company said it would start seeking a replacement for Obligio in short order and indicated that an interim committee would run the company until one was found.
