Jabez plans new album
JABEZ... it really blesses my soul

Jabez plans new album

GOSPEL artiste Jabez is preparing to release his third album in December. Produced by Courick Clarke (son of Irie FM disc jockey Bob Clarke), Jabez says the yet-titled set is aimed at bringing persons closer to God.

“It really blesses my soul when fans come up and tell me how my songs have helped them through whatever problem they were going through,” he said.

According to Jabez (born Clive Provost), the upcoming set “is an awesome tribute to the mighty God and a powerful praise and worship offering”.

Two songs — I’ve Made it Through The Storm and God Inna Yuh Heart — which will be on the album, have been released.

Although he has been a gospel performer for about 15 years, Jabez says it was not until four years ago that he became a fulltime artiste.

His previous albums are New Jerusalem and Before The Day Is Over.

He is scheduled to perform at the August 10-11 Island Gospel Concert, which takes place at the Police Officers’ Club in Kingston, and the Mandeville Primary and Junior High School in Manchester.
