22-y-o dies in motor vehicle accident
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Twenty-two-year-old Nijohn Bailey, sales assistant of Red Hills, St Andrew died as a result of injuries he sustained in a motor vehicle accident on the Gravel Ground main road in Clarendon on Thursday, July 31.
Reports from the Milk River Police are that about 1:35 pm, Bailey was a passenger in an Isuzu motor truck that was travelling in a northerly direction, when the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle while negotiating a corner. He was thrown from the vehicle and was ran over.
The police were summoned and Bailey was taken to hospital where he died while being treated.
Investigations continue.
